Eligibility
You represent that you are authorized to use our services in your jurisdiction and that your access will comply with applicable laws. Eligibility requirements vary by product; for certain integrations or data handling features, additional contractual terms or approvals may be required.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding agreement with AIHubMind, or older if required by your local law. Accounts for minors are permitted only when created and managed by a parent or legal guardian overseeing an enterprise account in a documented use case.
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to employ AIHubMind for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities. In scenarios such as automated decision pipelines, you must ensure compliance with sector-specific regulations applicable to your integration.
Some features or integrations may be restricted in certain countries due to export controls, local regulation, or third-party vendor limitations. If a planned integration is restricted, we will provide alternative configuration or a documented migration path where feasible.
Accounts and access
To access certain AIHubMind services you must create an account. Account administration includes role-based access control tailored for integration scenarios — for example separate roles for engineers, auditors, and business owners to maintain operational separation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during registration and in project configurations. In cases where incorrect configuration leads to workflow errors, we will work through documented troubleshooting steps and case logs, but accuracy of your inputs remains your responsibility.
Maintain account security by using strong credentials, enabling multi-factor authentication, and following recommended practices for API key management. For integration scenarios, rotate keys and document access changes in audit logs to reduce operational risk.
Accounts and subscriptions are non-transferable without prior written consent from AIHubMind, except in business asset transfers where ownership and account responsibilities are formally documented and agreed upon.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately and follow our incident response checklist. Provide case details such as timestamps and affected integrations so we can coordinate containment and recovery steps.
We may suspend or restrict account access when necessary to protect security, comply with law, or mitigate misuse. For example, suspension may occur if an integration is causing excessive automated requests that threaten platform stability; we will aim to communicate reasons and remediation steps.
Service description
AIHubMind provides tools and guidance for integrating AI into business workflows, including connectors, orchestration patterns, and integration consulting. Service levels, feature sets, and third-party dependencies are described in product documentation and onboarding case plans.
We may modify features, integrations, or product functionality; changes that affect active integrations will be accompanied by migration guidance and timelines to avoid operational disruption. For instance, deprecation of a connector will include a documented replacement scenario.
We strive for high availability, publish uptime targets for applicable services, and maintain incident communications. Availability may be affected by third-party vendors or scheduled maintenance; in those cases we provide pre-notification and practical mitigation steps for critical integrations.
User rules and acceptable use
To protect platform integrity and other users, you must follow rules that promote safe, lawful, and effective use of AIHubMind services. The rules emphasize practical compliance in integration scenarios and responsible data handling.
- Do not use the service to process unlawfully obtained data or to facilitate illegal activities.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security controls or interfere with the operation of AIHubMind or third-party integrations.
- Ensure datasets used for training or automation comply with applicable rights and consents; document provenance in integration manifests.
- Label and test automated decision pipelines and provide human review paths where required by regulation or internal policy.
- Respect rate limits and resource usage guidelines; for high-throughput use cases coordinate capacity planning with our support team.
- Do not upload malicious code or content intended to exploit or compromise models, connectors, or runtime environments.
- Cooperate with security and compliance contribute and provide requested logs or artifacts for incidents related to your integrations.
User content
User content includes data, code, configurations, and materials you upload or generate while using AIHubMind. We provide case-based handling instructions for common scenarios such as dataset ingestion, model artifact storage, and integration templates.
You retain ownership of your user content subject to any rights you grant to AIHubMind for service delivery. When integrating with third-party tools, ownership and licensing obligations may vary and should be clarified in integration documentation.
By submitting content you grant AIHubMind a limited license to host, process and display the content as required to provide services, including executing integration workflows and performing backups and diagnostics related to support cases.
You are responsible for backup, rights clearance, and legal compliance of your user content. For example, before importing a customer dataset into an automation pipeline, ensure that consent and contractual terms permit the intended processing.
We may remove content that violates the terms or legal obligations and will provide notice when feasible. For data removal requests tied to integration projects, we will outline pragmatic steps and timelines to ensure continuity for unaffected components.
Intellectual property
AIHubMind and its licensors retain ownership of service-related intellectual property, including platform code, templates and documentation. Users retain IP in their own data and models unless otherwise agreed in writing in a specific engagement.
- Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of AIHubMind proprietary software beyond permitted API usage and documentation references.
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or digital rights management features associated with the service.
- Respect third-party license terms embedded in connectors or libraries used in integration templates; verify commercial licensing before production deployment.
Paid services and subscriptions
Certain AIHubMind services, premium connectors, and integration consulting are offered for a fee. Pricing tiers and included features are described in product pages and contractual statements of work that accompany onboarding for complex integration cases.
Pricing is based on factors such as volume, connector usage, support level, and consulting scope. We provide case-based quotes for integration projects that outline practical deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Payments are accepted via the methods described on our platform and in invoices. For integration engagements, milestone-based invoicing can be arranged and is specified in the statement of work.
Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen billing cycle. Upgrades and downgrades may be subject to prorations; specific terms will be outlined in the subscription agreement and integration transition plans.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and tied to documented service failures or material non-delivery as defined in the applicable contract or statement of work. We describe remedial options and practical next steps in the event of disputed deliverables.
Subscription cancellations should be submitted per the account settings or contract. For active integration projects, cancellation procedures include an orderly handover and data export plan to avoid service disruption.
Applicable taxes, duties or withholding may apply and will be added to invoices as required by law. Customers are responsible for local tax compliance unless otherwise stated in the contract.
We may adjust pricing with advance notice. For ongoing integration contracts, price changes will be discussed with clients and documented in amendments or renewal proposals.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features or access restrictions. For integrations critical to operations, we recommend maintaining a minimal support subscription or a payment contingency plan documented in the project agreement.
Disclaimer
AIHubMind provides tools, documentation and professional services to assist with AI workflow integration. While we deliver practical guidance and implementation support, outcomes depend on many factors such as data quality, infrastructure, and customer configurations. We describe common scenarios and realistic expectations in our case studies rather than promising specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIHubMind's liability related to use of the service, integrations, or content provided will be limited as set forth in applicable contracts. This includes indemnity frameworks for third-party connectors and documented operational constraints in integration scenarios.
Third-party services
Third-party services used within AIHubMind integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We document dependencies, provide recommended configuration steps, and include practical cases showing how to minimize exposure and maintain auditability.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed contract terms. Termination for cause may occur if there is a material breach or legal restriction that prevents continued service; we provide transition support for active integrations where feasible.
On termination, access to paid features may cease and data export options will be provided per contract. For integration projects, a documented offboarding plan is offered to ensure continuity or migration to another provider when required.
Privacy and data protection
Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. For integration projects, we create data flow diagrams and retention plans to align operational needs with privacy obligations and to support audit requests.
Communications
We communicate via email, in-product notifications, and support channels. For critical incidents affecting integrations, we provide escalation contacts and status updates following documented incident response procedures.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance with migration guidance for active integrations. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AIHubMind's place of business. For disputes relating to cross-border integrations, contractual choice-of-law provisions in individual agreements will apply.
Dispute resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes through negotiation and, where appropriate, mediation. For enterprise engagements, escalation and dispute resolution processes are defined in the statement of work and typically include documented case reviews and remediation plans.
